This course introduces students to the fundamentals of baking.

3 semester credits (45 lecture hours)This course has been designed to provide students with an advanced working knowledge of wine appreciation.
HP FB RM 390 Restaurant Management

This course will examine the problems of the financial structures of restaurant management.
PS SP CA 470 Special Project – Practicum a Local Restaurant
